Key Responsibilities

Design and develop Appian technical solutions.
Lead Appian support POD and development activities.
Break down business requirements into user stories.
Guide developers and ensure best practices for coding testing and deployment.
Develop reusable components SAIL interfaces integrations records and reports.
Perform peer reviews impact analysis and application performance improvements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver business solutions.

Required Skills

7-12 years of IT experience with 5 years in Appian development.
Hands-on experience in Appian 18 versions.
Strong experience in:
Appian Development
SAIL Interfaces
Data Stores
Integrations
Records & Reports
BPM
Knowledge of Java SQL Cucumber
Experience with Git Jenkins
Agile/Scrum experience using JIRA Confluence
Exposure to Appian AI IDP and intelligent automation technologies.

Qualification

Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.
Appian Designer Certification preferred.
