Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-driven Corporate Paralegal to support a busy and growing department offering excellent long-term development within a professional and collaborative environment.
The Role Corporate Paralegal
Working within a fast-paced and collaborative team you will support fee earners across a broad range of corporate matters including:
- Assisting on mergers & acquisitions (M&A) restructurings and investments
- Drafting and reviewing corporate documents board minutes and shareholder resolutions
- Conducting legal and company research due diligence and document reviews
- Managing data rooms and supporting transaction processes
- Filing documents with Companies House and maintaining statutory registers
- Liaising with clients external counsel and third parties
- Supporting wider corporate and commercial advisory work
This role offers valuable exposure to complex and high-value corporate transactions ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in Corporate Law.
What Were Looking For
To be considered for this opportunity you should demonstrate:
- Minimum 618 months experience as a Paralegal within a UK law firm
- Exposure to corporate law or commercial transactions (preferred)
- A Law degree (LLB) or equivalent (LPC/SQE desirable)
- Working knowledge of company law and Companies House filings
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Excellent drafting skills and high attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and a professional client-facing approach
- A genuine ambition to pursue a career in Corporate Law
