Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-driven Corporate Paralegal to support a busy and growing department offering excellent long-term development within a professional and collaborative environment.

The Role Corporate Paralegal

Working within a fast-paced and collaborative team you will support fee earners across a broad range of corporate matters including:

• Assisting on mergers & acquisitions (M&A) restructurings and investments
• Drafting and reviewing corporate documents board minutes and shareholder resolutions
• Conducting legal and company research due diligence and document reviews
• Managing data rooms and supporting transaction processes
• Filing documents with Companies House and maintaining statutory registers
• Liaising with clients external counsel and third parties
• Supporting wider corporate and commercial advisory work

This role offers valuable exposure to complex and high-value corporate transactions ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in Corporate Law.

What Were Looking For

To be considered for this opportunity you should demonstrate:

• Minimum 618 months experience as a Paralegal within a UK law firm
• Exposure to corporate law or commercial transactions (preferred)
• A Law degree (LLB) or equivalent (LPC/SQE desirable)
• Working knowledge of company law and Companies House filings
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Excellent drafting skills and high attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and a professional client-facing approach
• A genuine ambition to pursue a career in Corporate Law
