Your new role ofNight Supervisorwill seeyou working in the Hilton Aberdeen on the site of The Event Complex Aberdeen(TECA).The 200-bedroom Hilton Hotel on the site of the AberdeenExhibition and Conference Centre hosts Quarter House Bar & Grill FlightPath The only Executive Lounge in Aberdeen and Devona Spa & Leisure.

AN EVENING IN THE LIFE OF NIGHT AUDITOR AT OUR HOTEL
What youll be doing...
Are you a night owl who loves the quiet buzz of the latehours Join our team and keep the magic of the hotel running smoothly while theworld sleeps!
- Welcome late-arriving guests with a friendly smile and helpthem settle in handling check-ins check-outs and everything in between.
- Handle night audits and end-of-day reports keeping thingsorganised and ready for the morning crew.
- Take the lead as the Manager on Duty overnight confidentlyoverseeing hotel operations and acting as the main point of contact for guestsand the team throughout the night.
- Support and guide the night team during shift ensuringtasks are completed smoothly and high standards of service are maintained atall times.
- Be the go-to for any guest requests or concerns during thenight whether its room service resolving issues or an extra pillowbringing comfort even in the wee hours.
- Handle any overnight incidents or emergencies calmly andprofessionally making sound decisions and following hotel procedures whenneeded.
- Keep the lobby and public areas tidy and welcoming settingup the hotel for a fresh start each morning.
- Monitor safety and security through regular checks makingsure guests enjoy a peaceful nights stay.
- Coordinate with the early morning team to hand off aseamless shift so everyones ready to take on the day.
- Build strong communication with other departments ensuringany important updates or guest requests are passed on clearly for the daytimeteams.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- Previous experience in hospitality or finance roles with an understanding of accounting principles
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy particularly in financial reconciliation
- Good communication skills and the ability to handle guest enquiries professionally
- Basic IT skills and familiarity with property management systems (PMS)
- Flexibility to work night shifts and the ability to remain focused and productive
- A natural night owl whoscomfortable working through the late hours.
- Friendly and welcoming ready to offer service with a smileeven at 3 a.m.
- Good with numbers anddetail-oriented especially when handling nightly audits and reports.
- High energy and adaptabilitythriving in the quiet but active world of night shifts.
