Job Description:

• Manage procurement of materials and services in line with company standards and timelines.

• Support in the development of the regional supplier base ensuring compliance with global purchasing guidelines.

• Assist in negotiating commercial conditions with suppliers aiming for competitive pricing and favorable terms.

• Monitor supplier performance (cost quality delivery) and support relationship management.

• Contribute to the implementation of purchasing strategies that enhance cost-efficiency and mitigate supply risks.

• Assist in the preparation and analysis of purchasing data and KPIs to improve process performance.

• Participate in sourcing processes including RFQs bid evaluations and supplier selection.

• Ensure adherence to procurement policies and procedures.

Knowledge/Skills:

• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams and with suppliers.

• Proactivity and willingness to learn and grow within the purchasing function.

Software Knowledge:

• MS Office (Excel Power Point Mandatory)

• Familiarity with procurement tools and SAP.

Experience:

• Experience with negotiation with Stakeholders

• Previous experience in purchasing sector

Education:

• Bachelors degree completed in engineering or commercial background (Administration Economics Engineering others)

Languages:

• Mandatory Advanced English

• Desirable: Spanish.

Work type:

• Hybrid (4x1).

Workstation:

• NBA São Paulo SP or Resende RJ.

Travel:

• Travel is required for this position.
