Job Summary
Job Description:
- Manage procurement of materials and services in line with company standards and timelines.
- Support in the development of the regional supplier base ensuring compliance with global purchasing guidelines.
- Assist in negotiating commercial conditions with suppliers aiming for competitive pricing and favorable terms.
- Monitor supplier performance (cost quality delivery) and support relationship management.
- Contribute to the implementation of purchasing strategies that enhance cost-efficiency and mitigate supply risks.
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of purchasing data and KPIs to improve process performance.
- Participate in sourcing processes including RFQs bid evaluations and supplier selection.
- Ensure adherence to procurement policies and procedures.
Knowledge/Skills:
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams and with suppliers.
- Proactivity and willingness to learn and grow within the purchasing function.
Software Knowledge:
- MS Office (Excel Power Point Mandatory)
- Familiarity with procurement tools and SAP.
Experience:
- Experience with negotiation with Stakeholders
- Previous experience in purchasing sector
Education:
- Bachelors degree completed in engineering or commercial background (Administration Economics Engineering others)
Languages:
- Mandatory Advanced English
- Desirable: Spanish.
Work type:
- Hybrid (4x1).

- NBA São Paulo SP or Resende RJ.
Travel:
- Travel is required for this position.
