Major Tasks & Responsibilities
Strategy & Framework
Design and continuously optimize the overall strategy and framework in the areas of PD Learning & Training and Culture in view of the outside-in business context as of today and tomorrow as well as global guidance;
Lead the product portfolio development and innovation in alignment with global CoE-PD and OD chapter directions as well as China business needs;
Delivery & Consultancy
Lead the definition design and delivery of PD & Culture initiatives at the top level of COV organizations in China in close collaboration with respective BP teams;
Serve as the go-to expert and thought partner to senior stakeholders and BP leads providing state-of-the-art insights and consultancy to address business agenda and challenges through people learning and culture;
Lead the regional and local cascade and customization of global PD & Culture initiatives with continual oversight enabling and consultancy to BP teams;
Team Coordination
Coordinate the day-to-day work of the PD & Culture team in China including work allocation project assignment and progress oversight of VS1 team members to ensure delivery quality and team effectiveness;
Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture with a shared outside-in view and continuous learning mindset;
Global & APAC Connectivity
Act as the country liaison and active member in the global CoE-PD and OD chapters ensuring alignment contribution to global products and projects and bringing global best practices into China context;
Coordinate the APAC PD & Culture community to foster synergy leverage and best practice exchange across the region;
External & Ecosystem
Manage strategic relations with external partners and continuously source best practices and future trends to enrich the organizations PD & Culture agenda;
Lead or contribute to global projects workstreams or local programs from initial phase to implementation.

Qualifications
Bachelors degree or above in HR Business Studies or equivalent disciplines;
Min. 12 years of HR work experience with min. 10 years deeply rooted in the areas of People Development Learning & Training and/or Culture as expert and/or BP role;
State-of-the-art expertise in People Development Learning & Training and Culture with proven track records in product portfolio development and project management;
Demonstrated ability to coordinate team work and lead cross-functional initiatives in a matrix environment;
Passion for people and organization with the ability to translate it into value-creating solutions;
Strong in business insights strategic and conceptual thinking;
Fluent in both written and verbal English and Mandarin;
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills; able to lead virtually and cultivate a culture of innovation collaboration and accountability;
Able to operate at both strategic and operational levels and drive for results in a multicultural environment;
Excellent consulting facilitation analytical and coaching skills; competent in managing complexity and taking initiative;
Embrace lifelong learning; strong in TTT (Train the Trainer).
