Your First 3060 Days

What You Will Do

• Treat orthopedic and sportsrelated conditions under the direction of a PT
• Coach patients through exercise progressions movement retraining and load management
• Apply manual therapy techniques when they meaningfully support patient outcomes
• Contribute to clinical decisionmaking rather than simply following a protocol
• Document efficiently during the workday so youre not taking notes home

Qualifications :

• Licensed (or soon-to-be licensed) Physical Therapist Assistant in Washington State
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
• Interest in sports movement and performance-based rehab

• Base salary: $30.00-$35.00/hr.
