What You Will Do

• Evaluate and treat orthopedic and sports-related conditions
• Coach patients through exercise movement retraining and progressive loading
• Use manual therapy when it meaningfully improves outcomes
• Make clinical decisionsnot just follow protocols
• Document efficiently during the workday (no take-home notes)

Clinic Environment

• Open-gym active care model (minimal passive modalities)
• Structured schedule designed for quality efficiency
• Collaborative team with high standards and strong accountability
• Patient population: active adults athletes motivated individuals

Mentorship & Growth

• Direct access to Clinic Director for real-time feedback and case review

Qualifications :

• Licensed (or soon-to-be licensed) Physical Therapist in Washington State
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
• Interest in sports movement and performance-based rehab

• Base salary: $90000 $105000 (based on experience)
