Pay: $17.00$18.00/hour DOE
Schedule: MondayThursday 6:00 AM4:30 PM
Full-Time 10-Hour Shifts
We are seeking a dependable detail-oriented Set Maker / Coordinator to join a fast-paced production team in Carson City. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in an organized environment has strong computer skills and can confidently manage workflow priorities while maintaining accuracy.
The right candidate must be bilingual in English and Spanish and capable of working in a physically active warehouse/production setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Determine daily sets to be made and help coordinate workflow
- Provide direction and support to set makers as needed
- Assist with set making and production tasks
- Complete inventory transactions using computer software systems
- Maintain organization and accuracy throughout the production process
- Handle and organize thousands of parts daily with close attention to detail
- Lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
- Frequently walk stairs and move throughout the facility
Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Previous computer experience required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
- Warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred
- Forklift experience is a plus
- Leadership experience or the ability to help direct workflow is preferred
