As an Apprentice at Hastings Deering you will:

Whatyoullneed

Werelooking for apprentices who bring:

• Genuine interestinyourchosen tradedemonstratedthrough work experience or relevant studies.

• Education or experience including:

• Completion of Year 12 in 2026OR

• Previouscompletion of Year 12 with sound achievement in English and MathsOR

• At least 2 years relevant work experience if school was not completed.

• Hands-on ability experience using hand tools or working in an industrial environment is highly desirable.

• Safety-first mindset a strong commitment to workplace health and safety.

• Strong communicationskills good listeningcomprehensionand teamwork abilities.

• Commitment to learning willingness to complete structured training and developmentin line with your apprenticeship and future skillset.
