Job Description :- CAD Specialist

Location: Gurgaon

About the Role:

We are looking for a CAD Specialist with strong AutoCAD skills and exposure to CAFM/IWMS platforms (e.g. TRIRIGA Archibus Planon).

This role supports workplace strategy space planning and occupancy management by ensuring accurate floor plans and data integration.

Key Responsibilities:

Update and maintain AutoCAD floor plans and integrate them into CAFM systems.
Ensure space data accuracy create occupancy reports and support space audits.
Support workplace teams with test fits stacking plans and move/add/change activities.
Maintain drawing standards and documentation.
Assist in user support and reporting for CAFM tools (TRIRIGA experience preferred can be trained).

Skills & Experience:

Diploma/Degree in Architecture Interior Design or related field.
3 to 5 years of experience in AutoCAD; basic exposure to CAFM systems is required.
Understanding of space planning and workplace data management.
Proficiency in Excel and attention to detail.

Good to Have:

TRIRIGA or similar CAFM experience
Experience in corporate real estate or workplace management
