Description
The role Account Management Sales leads revenue generation responsibility and business acquisition for a portfolio of named accounts within the data center sector. They oversee and drive performance of a sales team ensuring adherence to ways of working and that targets are achieved. This role serves as the primary commercial contact for clients overseeing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and operational handover. The position requires collaboration with internal teams such as marketing legal finance and global sales and involves frequent interaction with client stakeholders. Account planning and budget input at both regional and global levels are essential and the role demands significant travel and participation in industry events to maintain market presence.

Responsibilities
The role Account Management Sales is responsible for identifying and securing new sales opportunities while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and revenue retention. They manage the full sales process including lead generation solution development negotiation and transition to operations acting as the main point of contact for customers across various regions. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with business objectives and regional goals. Regular engagement with C-suite executives and stakeholders is necessary to drive complex deal closures and foster long-term partnerships. The Account Manager also contributes to account planning and budgeting ensuring targets are met and growth is sustained. Attendance at industry events and travel are integral to building market intelligence and expanding the client base. Strong organizational and financial management skills are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications
Bachelors or Masters degree in business marketing or related fields 10-15 Years sales experience in data center IT telecommunications or network industry Proven track record winning large international and SME-level deals Experience with multinational organizations or fast-growing start-ups Excellent English proficiency (written and verbal) Willingness and ability to travel frequently Deep industry knowledge and consultative selling skills Strong stakeholder management and negotiation abilities Collaborative and results-driven mindset.
