Line Leader

Shift: Monday-Friday 06:00am-14:00pm.

Salary: 33437.64 per annum

This is a hands-on shop-floor role leading a production line of 310 operatives within a fast-paced chilled environment working with products such as milk cheese juices yoghurts and mousses.

Youll be responsible for:

• Leading and motivating your team to meet daily production targets
• Supporting and actively participating in production activities
• Maximising efficiency across time labour and equipment
• Completing production checks and ensuring product quality meets specifications
• Maintaining traceability hygiene GMP and safety standards
• Monitoring waste and driving continuous improvement
• Communicating issues and managing machinery faults
• Assisting with training development and cover during absence/holidays
• Moving pallets and supporting varied line work as required

Qualifications :

What Were Looking For

• Previous Line Leader or Senior Operative experience
• Background in production ideally within chilled or food environments
• Strong team leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced target-driven setting
• Good organisation planning and problem-solving skills
• Positive attitude with a focus on continuous improvement
