The Role

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist you will play a key role within Fevers People department working closely with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to support global recruitment efforts and contribute to the overall talent strategy of the company.

What Youll Do

Your tasks will include:

  • Identify and source high-quality candidates through a variety of channels
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: creating job ads screening job applications phone interviews video screening candidate testing conducting interviews and coordination with the hiring teams.
  • Work closely with hiring managers in helping them define the recruitment process.
  • Provide a world-class candidate experience
  • Communicate feedback effectively to applicants
  • Spread the Fever message by attending virtual job fairs e-meetups etc.
  • Manage the existing pipeline of candidates and identify future opportunities for growth

  • Independent and self-driven: your organizational skills and remarkable determination mean that high-volume hiring doesnt phase you.
  • Inquisitive nature: being analytical and creative helps you to find talent for any role.
  • Strong stakeholder manager: excellent communication skills unbeatable market insight and proven expertise up to director level help drive decisions through data and reporting.
  • Eager to learn and help: you understand the overall goal of your team and not just your own objectives.

Requirements

  • 4 years of experience preferably in-house within a similar tech or related industry player. Experience in a fast-growing environment is a plus
  • A degree in Business Psychology Law or similar field
  • C2 or Native English level other languages are a plus
  • Experience working with ATS systems
  • Experience with recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
  • A solid understanding of Fevers vision business model and operations
  • Unsurpassable networking skills and the ability to create smart recruiting partnerships
