Job Summary
Position Summary...
The Associate Merchant role in the Team Sports category helps identify opportunities develop strategy and interfaces with our vendors and store operators to ensure we sustainably grow our hyper localized business across high school college and professional team sports assortments. From managing modular assortments to hot market chase opportunitties based on sporting event results you will work closely with internal and external stakholders to manage this highly dynamic category.What youll do...
- Setting the category strategy: youll develop strategy manage budgets to drive profitable growth and use vision and creativity to impact the customer experience
- Building relationships: youll use your influencing and leadership skills to build partnerships with suppliers professional sports leagues business partners and otherMerchants
- Making decisions: youll make decisions about nearly every aspect of your products including design replenishment store operations financial planning assortment layouts modular placement and pricing
- Designing developing and launching products: youll work with our vendors to develop assortments across NCAA and professional leagues including the MLB NFL NBA NHL MLS NWSL and WNBA.
- Knowing your category: youll know your customers and supplier better than anyone and are always thinking about what is next for your business

The annual salary range for this position is $70000.00 - $130000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
