Flexibility: We have office hubs in London and Boston as well as no-office hubs in several European countries. Salary: We benchmarked ca. 45000 -% bonus equity at IC2 level in our Interviews: 3 stages totalling around 3 hours over 2-3 weeks. Start date: As soon as you can start. On top of that youve been part of a journey where: Youve autonomously onboarded multiple multi-layer customers in parallel to some kind of service or platform. Youve worked to and consistently delivered on team targets. Youre proactive in learning new technical or AI-oriented concepts and then apply them to your work with customers. Youre legal-curious i.e. interested in how contracts and law intersect with tech. Bonus points if: Youve worked in a fast-growing AI or SaaS startup. Youve worked with Salesforce Greenhouse HubSpot Workday or an API. This job likely isnt for you if: Presenting live kick-off training sessions and webinars solo feels daunting youd rather stay behind the scenes than guide customers in real-time. Running 25-plus parallel onboardings sounds overwhelming you prefer deep focus on a single account at a time. Figuring out new software integrations and troubleshooting workflows isnt your thing youd rather avoid the hands-on tehcnical work this role demands.
