The Role:

Managing and coordinating the design process from pre-construction through to delivery
Liaising with architects engineers consultants and internal project teams
Reviewing drawings and ensuring designs meet project specifications and buildability requirements
Identifying and resolving design issues in a timely manner
Supporting tender submissions value engineering and project planning

The Person:

Degree-qualified in Construction Engineering Architecture or related field
Proven experience in a Design Manager or similar role within construction
Strong knowledge of design coordination on large-scale projects
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple design packages and deadlines
