Job Summary
Position Summary
The Center of Excellence Social Clinical Research Assistant will report to the BHS Assistant Director of Administrative Services and Operations and will collaborate with the Center of Excellence Program Manager to monitor track and report research data associated with Center of Excellence Technical Assistant Program. For the Center of Excellence Technical Assistant Program the Center of Excellence Social Clinical Research Assistant will track training course development and participant attendance; evaluate participant engagement and instructor effectiveness and report course/instructor evaluation data for in-person and virtual training offerings. Data collected across this program will be used to inform the development of program policies topics for trainings consultation needs and other continuous improvement processes. This position will support the development and facilitation of in-person and virtual training offerings including hosting duties and responsibilities. This position will collaborate with the Center of Excellence Program Manager to report and post evaluation findings and results on the BHS website and the Center of Excellence Technical Assistant Program webpage. This is a time-limited full time (1.0 FTE ) position with guaranteed funding through December 31 2027. Valid driver license is needed as this position will require up to 25% travel across NC.

Monday-Friday / 40 hours
