Job Summary
A highly successful primary academy in Birmingham is recruiting for an HR & Compliance Administrator. This position is responsible for the full employee lifecycle including the surgical maintenance of the Single Central Record (SCR) staff recruitment vetting and onboarding. The role is essential for maintaining the schools strict safeguarding standards and providing a smooth operational experience for all staff.

Requirements * Essential: Previous experience working within an HR administrative or compliance role specifically in a school setting is a must.
Essential: You must have the legal right to work in the UK.
CIPD qualification (or working towards) with a deep understanding of school-specific safeguarding and safer recruitment.
Key Details & Benefits * Contract: Full-time or Part-time (Permanent).
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (pro-rata if part-time).
Salary Range:per annum.
