Job Summary

Position Title: Debt Recovery Officer

Qualifications:
Degree not mandatory (minimum age: 18 years)

Experience: 1 4 years in collections specifically handling 7 bucket accounts

Industry Preference: NBFC / BFSI
*Functional Competencies:

Proficient in applying collection strategies for overdue accounts (7 buckets)

Hands-on experience in field visits skip tracing and customer follow-ups

Skilled in analyzing repayment trends and identifying high-risk accounts

*Behavioral Competencies:

Strong drive to achieve and exceed collection targets

Ability to handle pressure manage objections and navigate challenging field situations

Quick decision-making and negotiation skills to secure customer commitments

*Key Responsibilities:

Manage 7 bucket delinquent accounts and ensure timely recovery of overdue payments

Conduct field visits tele-calls and personal meetings to negotiate repayment plans

Ensure consistent follow-ups and maintain detailed recovery progress reports

Maintain accurate documentation and update collection activity records in the system

Handle escalated cases settlement negotiations and high-value recoveries

Ensure compliance with all legal regulatory and company policies during collections
