Job Summary
Junior Maintenance Technician (4-5 Years Exp)
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Junior Maintenance Technician to join our Manufacturing team in Lucknow Uttar Pradesh. This is a full-time permanent position for an individual with 4-5 years of relevant experience in maintenance.
Responsibilities:- Perform routine maintenance and repair on manufacturing equipment.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues.
- Conduct preventive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures.
- Assist senior technicians with complex maintenance tasks.
- Manage spare parts inventory and ensure availability.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of maintenance processes.
- Diploma in a relevant technical field (e.g. Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering).
- 4-5 years of proven experience in a maintenance role preferably within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Proficiency in using maintenance tools and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
