Job Summary

A&P Budget Management
Upload & tracking of quarterly budgets at category x portfolio level
Upload & tracking of transfer requests between regions/portfolios/category etc.
Ensure all approvals and proofs are in place as per SOA
Ensuring all requests are within budget portfolio guidelines
Flagging any risk of overspend / underspend
Reporting & Month Close
Ensuring accuracy & correctness of A&P reporting (including ATL TTL Slotting fee media etc.)
Management reporting of Shape of A&P (A&P RiRs ratios working media) budget v. actuals
Acting as a query response mechanism for A&P reporting or data requirements
Automation
Support with automation initiatives of Budget management tool & Analytics tool
Identifying gaps with current Budget management tool & work with IT to develop the solution
Perform testing & parallel runs to ensure data accuracy in the tools
Supporting with go-live requirements of Analytics tool
Ensuring all dashboards are developed as per user requirements
