Support development and continuous refinement of the Network Development
Strategy and long-term direction (scope coverage capacity principles)
Translate market/portfolio ambitions into network implications and recommendations
(service reach sales presence delivery capability)
Contribute to Network Development Plan and Investment Plan inputs (prioritization
logic phasing critical assumptions)
Facilitate cross-functional alignment with key stakeholders to ensure local/regional
conditions and capacity can meet targets and deliveries
Maintain a structured portfolio of network opportunities/risks and propose
actions/projects
