Role Overview
The ELV (Extra-Low Voltage) Service & After-Service Sales Engineer role is a hybrid
position that combines technical field expertise with business development. This engineer is
responsible for maintaining existing ELV systems while identifying and closing sales
opportunities for system upgrades repairs and Annual Maintenance Contracts.
The ELV Service & After-Service Sales Engineer ensures the peak performance of low-
voltage systems (CCTV Access Control Fire Alarms BMS) through routine maintenance and
rapid troubleshooting. Simultaneously they serve as a technical advisor to existing clients
promoting value-added services and system modernizations to drive recurring revenue.
Key Responsibilities
1. ELV Operations Management
- Diagnose and rectify faults in diverse ELV systems like IP/Analog CCTV Public
Address (PA) and Fire Detection.
- Execute scheduled inspections and performance tests to ensure systems
adhere to safety standards
- Provide on-site and remote assistance to clients including
software/firmware updates and system reconfigurations.
- Oversee installation commissioning and maintenance of CCTV Systems
and Fire Alarm Systems.
- Ensure smooth execution of all ELV-related projects and services.
Monitor system performance and ensure compliance with safety and
quality standards.
2. AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) Management
- Handle and manage all existing AMC contracts across sites.
- Ensure timely service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for AMC renewals upgrades & Opportunity based Leads Generation
in AMC.
3. Business Development & After Service Sales
- Act as a After Service Sales Head for ELV Department.
- Generate new AMC contracts and IT/ELV projects.
- Build strong client relationships and expand the business portfolio.
- Coordinate with internal teams for proposal submission and project execution.
4. Team Leadership & Coordination
- Lead and manage a team of engineers and site coordinators.
- Ensure proper allocation of resources across projects and AMC sites.
- Monitor team performance and ensure timely reporting.

Senior Service Engineer ELV (This Role)
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: / Diploma in Electrical Electronics & Communication or related field
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in ELV systems
- Strong knowledge of AMC management and project execution
- Proven experience in sales/business development is preferred
