Job Title: Recruitment Specialist (Bilingual – Arabic & English)
Contract Duration: 3 Months (Extendable)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for our client in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing attracting and hiring top talent while ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process. This role requires strong communication skills in both Arabic and English and the ability to work in a fast-paced high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and job requirements
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates
• Conduct initial interviews and shortlist suitable candidates based on role requirements
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment tracking systems
• Ensure timely communication with candidates and stakeholders throughout the process
• Support bulk and urgent hiring requirements when needed
• Promote a positive candidate experience at every stage of recruitment
• Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and procedures
