Job Summary
Talentmark are recruiting for a Training Specialist to join a company in the pharmaceutical industry on a contract basis for 6 months.
Salary:
Between 185-240 per day PAYE or 230-300 per day Umbrella (inside IR35).
Training Specialist role:

Location:
This role is field-based at our clients sites across Greater Glasgow and Clyde. You must live in or near Glasgow to be considered for the position. You must have a full UK driving licence and own vehicle.

Salary:

Training Specialist role:
- Deliver face-to-face and remote training across the Greater Glasgow & Clyde region.
- Support implementation and rollout activities.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to clinical users following go-live.
- Coordinate training schedules and maintain accurate training records.
- Troubleshoot basic user and workflow issues during implementation.
- Build strong working relationships with ward teams POCT teams and project stakeholders.
- Previous experience delivering healthcare or diagnostic training.
- Strong implementation or rollout experience within healthcare settings.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Comfortable working independently across multiple sites.
- Strong organisational and documentation skills.
- Confident using digital training tools and systems.
