オペレーション管理
- レストランの開店準備および各時間帯朝昼夜の運営管理
- 予約状況の確認およびテーブル管理
- 店内の清掃衛生管理の徹底
- キッチンバーとの連携
チームマネジメント
- シフト中のスタッフ指導監督
- ブリーフィング引継ぎの実施
- 新人トレーニングおよびOJT
- パフォーマンスフィードバックの提供
コスト労務管理
- 売上に応じた人員配置シフト管理
- 人件費コントロール
- オペレーション効率の改善
商品ブランド理解
- メニューおよびアレルギー情報の理解
- ホテル内施設の知識習得とプロモーション
We are seeking an Outlet Supervisor to oversee multiple dining outlets including all-day dining Japanese Chinese and Italian restaurants. This role is responsible for managing daily restaurant operations delivering high-quality service leading the team and maximizing profitability through effective cost control.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Service
- Deliver service with a strong customer-focused mindset at all times
- Welcome guests provide menu explanations and make appropriate recommendations
- Respond promptly and effectively to guest requests and complaints
- Provide information about hotel facilities and local attractions
Operations Management
- Oversee restaurant opening preparations and manage operations across all service periods (breakfast lunch and dinner)
- Monitor reservations and manage table allocation efficiently
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are consistently maintained
- Coordinate closely with kitchen and bar teams
Team Management
- Supervise and guide team members during shifts
- Conduct shift briefings and handovers
- Provide training for new team members and on-the-job coaching
- Offer regular performance feedback to team members
Cost & Labor Management
- Manage staffing levels in line with business demand (shift scheduling)
- Control labor costs effectively
- Drive improvements in operational efficiency
Product & Brand Knowledge
- Maintain strong knowledge of menu items including dietary and allergy information
- Promote hotel facilities and services to guests

- チームリーダーまたはスーパーバイザー経験歓迎
- 高いコミュニケーション能力
- お客様志向とホスピタリティマインド
- 基本的なPCスキル
- 英語力あれば尚可
Requirements
- Experience in restaurant or hotel service
- Team leader or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Customer-focused mindset and passion for hospitality
- Basic computer skills
- English proficiency is a plus
