What Youll Do
Lead and manage lightning protection installation projects from start to finish
Coordinate with GCs engineers and trades to keep projects running smoothly
Own project schedules budgets materials and subcontractor performance
Be hands-on in the field - ensuring quality safety and efficiency every step of the way
Review drawings submittals and as-built documentation with confidence
Drive project success by identifying risks early and solving problems proactively
Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Champion a safety-first culture - you have full authority to stop work if something isnt right
What You Bring
3 years of construction project management experience (electrical or lightning protection preferred)
Strong knowledge of NFPA 780 UL 96A grounding and bonding practices
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specs
Experience managing multiple projects and crews at once
Familiarity with Procore MS Project or similar tools
Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills
OSHA 30 certification (required)
LPI or UL certifications are a plus
