Rather than serving strictly in an assistant capacity this position plays a central role in coordinating operations managing implementation tasks and helping keep the business running efficiently.
The right candidate is proactive dependable and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
What Youll Do:
- Manage the implementation process for insurance and investment business from submission through completion
- Coordinate with advisors clients carriers custodians and internal teams to keep cases and account workflows moving forward
- Monitor outstanding requirements follow up on pending items and proactively resolve operational issues
- Prepare and review client paperwork account forms reports and other documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Maintain organized and compliant client records and internal tracking systems
- Serve as a professional point of contact for clients regarding operational and service-related requests
- Assist with scheduling workflow coordination and operational support for advisors and leadership
- Help improve internal processes and contribute to operational efficiency across the office
- Handle confidential financial and client information with discretion and professionalism
What Were Looking For
Required
- Prior experience in operations administrative coordination client service or office management
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with strong attention to detail
- Professional dependable and solution-oriented mindset
Preferred (but not required)
- Experience in financial services insurance banking or a professional services environment
- Familiarity with insurance or investment account processing workflows
- Life and Health insurance license (or willingness to obtain)
