About the Role:

Synergy Wealth Solutions is seeking a highly organized detail-oriented Insurance and Investment Implementation Specialist to support the operational execution of client financial strategies in our Columbia Missouri office.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced professional environment enjoys managing workflows and processes and takes pride in ensuring a seamless client and advisor experience. Rather than serving strictly in an assistant capacity this position plays a central role in coordinating operations managing implementation tasks and helping keep the business running efficiently.

The right candidate is proactive dependable and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.

What Youll Do:

  • Manage the implementation process for insurance and investment business from submission through completion
  • Coordinate with advisors clients carriers custodians and internal teams to keep cases and account workflows moving forward
  • Monitor outstanding requirements follow up on pending items and proactively resolve operational issues
  • Prepare and review client paperwork account forms reports and other documentation for accuracy and completeness
  • Maintain organized and compliant client records and internal tracking systems
  • Serve as a professional point of contact for clients regarding operational and service-related requests
  • Assist with scheduling workflow coordination and operational support for advisors and leadership
  • Help improve internal processes and contribute to operational efficiency across the office
  • Handle confidential financial and client information with discretion and professionalism

What Were Looking For

Required

  • Prior experience in operations administrative coordination client service or office management
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with strong attention to detail
  • Professional dependable and solution-oriented mindset


Preferred (but not required)

  • Experience in financial services insurance banking or a professional services environment
  • Familiarity with insurance or investment account processing workflows
  • Life and Health insurance license (or willingness to obtain)
