Description
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for our guests the Front Desk Agent plays a critical role in ensuring a positive and welcoming experience from the moment guests arrive. This position requires excellent communication skills a warm demeanor and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Perform check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
- Handle guest inquiries requests and complaints in a timely and courteous manner.
- Process payments and manage billing information using the hotels reservation system.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services amenities and local attractions to assist guests.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure guest rooms meet quality standards.
Qualifications :
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality is a plus.
- Previous experience in a customer service or front desk role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with computer systems including reservation and payment processing software.
