Job Description
We are looking for an Online Chat Agent to join our team at Meyer Plastics Inc. As an Online Chat Agent you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through online chat.
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information via online chat.
- Assist customers with order placement tracking and product-related questions.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
