Resurgence Brewing Co. (RBC) believes that enjoying a well-crafted brew is an experience in itself. However its an experience best shared with friends both new and old. Our goal is to deliver memorable beverage moments to the drinkers of the Greater Buffalo region whether theyre at home in their favorite bar or on a tour of our extraordinary brewery.

What youll be doing:

Prepping and making food for our signature events - think weddings private affairs corporate functions etc. Our skilled Line Cooks leave our guests drooling over their memorable dining experience! They add value to our back-of-house operations by promoting a team-focused atmosphere a clean & supportive work environment and efficiency!

Part-time hours (20-25 hours per week)

*Evening and weekend availability is a must.*

Pay Range: $19.00 to $21.00 to start based on interview and experience

What youll need:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of two (2) years of food handling experience required
• Flexibility
• Team-focused attitude
• Ability to adapt to changes in volume and able to execute large volumes of food for events
• Ability to be standing/on your feet for long periods of time
• Cleanliness
• ServSafe certification a plus
• Authorized to work in the US

RBC is located in the heart of the City of Good Neighbors Buffalo NY. Were a young brewery established in 2013 on the heels of the resurgence of the city (see what we did there). Many are flocking to the region for our good eats affordable living friendly atmosphere craft brew scene new opportunities and of course experiencing all four seasons! Were a big city but not too big. There are very few degrees of separation and we value hard work. Were die-hard sports fans perfectly positioned between the Great Lakes (on Lake Erie) and the Finger Lakes and rich in history architecture and the arts.
