Job Summary
As the key point of contact for customers youll guide them through onboarding provide ongoing support and ensure theyre getting maximum value from HALOs solutions. This is a relationship-focused role where no two days are the same - combining customer support problem-solving coordination and proactive engagement.
Youll work closely with customers and internal teams across Sales Operations and Engineering to deliver a seamless experience from implementation through to ongoing support. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing customer onboarding and implementation processes
- Providing timely support across phone email and other communication channels
- Troubleshooting issues and coordinating solutions with internal teams
- Building strong long-term customer relationships
- Identifying opportunities to promote additional products and services where appropriate
- Ensuring customers feel supported informed and confident using HALOs technology
Qualifications :
Youll be someone who enjoys working with people solving problems and delivering a high level of service. Youre proactive adaptable and confident communicating with both customers and internal stakeholders. You will bring:
- Experience in customer success account management customer support or a similar role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- A customer-first mindset with a genuine desire to help
- Previous experience within a technical technology electronics or automation environment would be advantageous.
