Project Scheduler

• Manage project planning and scheduling to ensure on-time quality delivery.
• Work with Project Manager and stakeholders to define scope and sequence.
• Advise Project Manager and act as primary interface with Project Controls.
• Ensure construction projects follow global procedures and standards.
• Help coordinate Lessons Learned sessions with all stakeholders.
• Consolidate Weekly and Monthly Project Reports (WPR/MPR).
• Monitor contractor schedules in Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Host weekly reviews of schedule manpower and productivity.
• Review contractors progress measurement methods and reports by discipline.
• Develop overall progress charts and ensure alignment with company procedures.
• Monitor evaluate and report progress and trends.
• Identify risks and advise management on mitigation plans weekly/monthly.
• Identify risks and opportunities to meet client timelines.
• Deliver as-built schedule within 30 days after final milestone.

• 監控評估並報告進度與趨勢
• 識別風險並每週每月向管理層提出因應計畫建議
• 識別風險與機會以達成客戶設定的時程目標
• 於最後一個里程碑達成後30天內提交實際竣工時程

Qualifications :

• Education: Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering or relevant field.
• Experience: 5 years in project planning scheduling or project controls.
• Software: In-depth knowledge of Primavera P6 MS Project plus MS Excel.
• Core Competencies: Understanding of Critical Path Method (CPM) Float Analysis Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) resource leveling Earned Value Management (EVM) Baseline Comparison S-Curve Analysis and Recovery Schedule.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with green/brown field construction processes and standards.
