This outstanding opportunity offers you a central role in strategic investment planning capital optimization and risk management for large-scale expansion efforts. You will guide financial structuring government incentive negotiation and cross-border investment management working closely with our engineering and operations teams to support fab-scale growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Investment Strategy & Capital Planning

• Lead investment evaluation value modeling and scenario analysis
• Structure capital deployment strategies (equity debt incentives)
• Support executive decisions with risk-adjusted financial analysis

Financing & Cost Optimization

• Drive financing negotiations with banks and government
• Optimize cost of capital FX exposure and funding structures
• Identify interest subsidies and financial incentive opportunities

Government Incentives & Policy Engagement

• Lead negotiation of subsidies tax incentives and utility support
• Coordinate with central and local government authorities
• Align projects with regulatory and policy requirements

Risk Management & Corporate Restructuring

• Develop risk mitigation strategies for investments
• Support restructuring stop-loss decisions and distressed asset evaluation
• Coordinate with legal teams on disputes and liability isolation

Expansion Project Governance

• Partner with engineering teams on site utilities and capex planning
• Balance financial returns vs engineering requirements
• Coordinate project governance budgeting and blocking issue management

Strategic Real Estate & Asset Evaluation

• Conduct land investment analysis and valuation
• Evaluate lease vs buy decisions
• Support global expansion footprint planning

Qualifications:

• 812 years in corporate finance investment or strategy
• Strong financial modeling and capital structuring skills
• Experience in financing government incentives or restructuring
• Cross-border investment experience
