Site Safety Supervisor Advanced Manufacturing

• Implement and monitor site-specific HSE policies and procedures in line with local regulations and project requirements
• Conduct daily site inspections audits and safety walkabouts to identify hazards and ensure compliance
• Lead toolbox talks safety briefings and training sessions for site personnel and subcontractors
• Ensure proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and enforce safety protocols at all times
• Investigate incidents near-misses and accidents and prepare detailed incident reports and corrective actions
• Coordinate with project managers engineers contractors and clients to maintain a safe work environment
• Oversee high-risk activities such as working at heights confined spaces electrical works and chemical handling
• Maintain and update all safety documentation permits-to-work and compliance records
• Support emergency response planning and drills

Qualifications :

• Diploma or Degree in Occupational Health & Safety Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of HSE experience preferably in semiconductor cleanroom or high-tech construction projects
• Strong knowledge of local safety regulations and international standards (e.g. OSHA ISO 45001)
• Yellow Book Certification
