The A/R Clerk plays a vital role in ensuring accurate billing reconciliation and collection processes while providing exceptional service to members event clients and internal DescriptionThe Accounts Receivable Clerk handles reconciling billing and collections for contracted events across multiple properties as well as monthly membership billing and related customer service functions. This position maintains and updates event and member information across multiple systems including Delphi EZ Suites Visual 1 Agilysys Versa Agilysys Membership Agilysys IG Agilysys Golf and FunctionsPrimary responsibilities include but are not limited to:Manage a portfolio of business and membership accounts for multiple resort event membership and lodging billings; apply cash and credit card accounts between various systems and resolve discrepancies and process adjustments credits and usage-based event contracts to determine billing amounts and timing of professionally with clients and members regarding invoices payments and account the Sales Banquet and Membership teams with billing reconciliation and credit applications and provide back-up support for sales/use tax reporting and sales with internal departments to confirm charges adjustments and billing accurate and organized digital and paper with incoming/outgoing mail and general accounting tasks as and ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalent degree in Accounting Business or related field preferred.13 years of related experience in accounts receivable hospitality accounting or event billing with Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Delphi Visual 1 or Agilysys platforms is a proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Success FactorsStrong communication skills both written and attention to detail and to manage multiple priorities and -solving mindset with the ability to identify and resolve issues with frequent change and a dynamic work and courteous demeanor when discussing financial in basic math and computer Conditions and Physical DemandsRegularly required to sit talk and listen for extended use of computer phone and standard office be able to lift up to 15 lbs. acuity and manual dexterity required for data entry and document Join Our TeamWork in a collaborative environment at a premier golf and resort compensation and resort-wide for growth and professional part of a team that values accuracy integrity and exceptional service.
