Position Overview
We are seeking a motivatedAssociate Sales Representative to support the growth of ourData Center Lightning Resilience Program and Lyncoles smart grounding solutions.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone withB2B sales experience or a strong interest in technical sales to build a career in a growing high-demand market focused on data centers and critical infrastructure.
You will work directly with experienced sales leaders and engineers to develop new business build relationships and help customers understand and manage risk within their facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the data center and commercial infrastructure markets
- Promote LyncolesData Center Lightning Resilience Program and smart monitoring solutions
- Conduct outreach via phone email and LinkedIn to engage prospective customers
- Support senior sales staff with proposals presentations and customer follow-up
- Build and maintain relationships with facility managers engineers and decision-makers
- Track activity and opportunities within CRM systems
- Participate in industry events training and ongoing product education
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent B2B sales experience
- 13 years of sales or business development experience (B2B preferred)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Interest in technical or infrastructure-related products/services
- Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow in a sales career
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus
