Job Title: Data Analyst / Data Governance Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Query and analyze large datasets using SQL and Google BigQuery
• Document current data sources tables fields definitions and data flows
• Support data quality governance and reporting accuracy initiatives
• Build maintain and enhance dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI Tableau Looker or similar BI platforms
• Support ad hoc analysis requests from business stakeholders
• Help define key metrics and track performance indicators across customer-facing teams
• Identify reporting inconsistencies and recommend improvements to data structure and governance
• Partner with technical and business teams to understand operational needs and improve data accessibility
• Assist with preparation for future data modernization or migration initiatives involving Microsoft/Azure AWS Power BI or similar environments
• Present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

• Strong SQL experience
• Hands-on experience with Google BigQuery or similar cloud data warehouse
• Experience analyzing large complex datasets
• Strong documentation skills related to data definitions sources tables and reporting logic
• Experience building reports and dashboards in Power BI Tableau Looker or similar tools
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to partner with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in SaaS software subscription revenue operations customer operations or sales operations environments
• Exposure to data governance data lineage ETL/data flows APIs or data lake environments
• Experience with Azure AWS Power BI or Microsoft data ecosystems
• Experience supporting data migration or modernization efforts
• Backgrounds from organizations such as Citrix or UKG are highly relevant
