Technical Program Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and results-oriented Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead the planning execution and delivery of complex technical initiatives across our this role you will work at the intersection of engineering product and business operations to ensure successful program delivery alignment with strategic goals and continuous process improvement.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical acumen with exceptional project management and leadership skills and thrives in a fast-paced remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technical programs ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Define program scope goals timelines and success metrics
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering product data and operations
• Manage project timelines dependencies risks and resource allocation
• Drive execution through Agile Scrum or hybrid project management methodologies
• Monitor program performance and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership
• Identify and mitigate risks resolving blockers to ensure successful delivery
• Establish and improve program management processes tools and best practices
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ensure high-quality delivery of products systems and technical solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Information Technology or a related field
• 5 years of experience in program management technical project management or similar roles
• Proven experience managing large-scale cross-functional technical programs
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and system architecture
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (e.g. Jira Asana)
• Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP PgMP Scrum Master or Agile certifications
• Experience working with distributed or remote teams
• Background in cloud technologies (AWS Azure GCP) or data platforms
• Experience in scaling systems infrastructure or enterprise applications
