This is a non-union positionThe Specialist II Governance & Planning (WPS) contributes significantly to strategic vendor governance and commercial oversight. They support ongoing improvement of vendor and contract management practices within Real Estate & Workplace Services (REWS).
This role ensures vendors contracts and partnerships are managed holistically to deliver servicessafely consistently and cost-effectively in alignment with approved contracts SLAs and Enbridge governance standards. The position is instrumental in positioning REWS for long-term operational excellence and financial sustainability.
Acting as astrategic control point this role bridges REWS Supply Chain Management (SCM) enterprise partners and vendors to foster governance discipline performance visibility innovation (including AI adoption) value realization and risk mitigation across the full vendor lifecycle.
What you will do:
Lead end-to-end vendor governance across the lifecycle ensuring consistency performance and alignment to REWS strategy.
Partner with SCM on sourcing and contracts ensuring clear scope SLAs KPIs pricing and strong commercial oversight.
Manage vendor performance through KPIs and scorecards; monitor risks trends and drive corrective actions.
Build strategic vendor partnerships to drive value innovation cost efficiency and service improvements.
Support digital and AI initiatives ensuring compliant scalable solutions and tracking adoption and value.
Ensure compliance with policies and regulations; identify risks maintain audit readiness and enforce corrective actions.
Drive execution and continuous improvement through clear planning performance tracking and enhanced governance practices.
Who you are:
Post-secondary degree in business finance supply chain engineering or related field; advanced designation (CPA MBA) considered an asset with 7 years of progressive experience in governance commercial management or strategic planning.
Strong expertise in vendor governance contract lifecycle management and commercial frameworks including RFx processes and service agreements.
Proven ability to develop track and report KPIs scorecards and dashboards aligned to business outcomes and contractual commitments.
Experience applying governance risk management and compliance practices within large complex organizations.
Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations for leadership decision-making.
Demonstrated success working cross-functionally and managing complex stakeholder and vendor relationships with strong influencing and communication skills.
Continuous improvement mindset with experience supporting planning execution and digital transformation initiatives including data-driven tools automation or AI-enabled solutions.

Salary:
Ranges from $111870 $160000 CAD for Ontario locations based upon candidates experience skills and internal equity.
