Responsibilities
- Combine strong technical skills with people skills to ensure we are providing a high level of customer service within the department.
- Responsible for driving profitability and CSI within the service department: meeting both internal and manufacturer goals.
- Ensuring customer follow-up through day-to-day management of the Service Advisors and technicians as well as personally dealing with customer issues.
- Play an active role in the recruitment interviewing selection and development of the service team.
- Assist the Fixed Operations Director in the overall success of the store including all store meetings provide on the job training to the service department and regular reporting to the Fixed Operations Director with any issues or concerns.
- Assist the Company in meeting the standards of providing a safe and healthy work environment while meeting OSHA compliance standards.
- Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the companys expectations as it pertains to interactions with customers co-workers subordinates and vendors.
Requirements
- Must have at least2 years of experience in automotive field
- Reynolds and Reynolds familiarity is preferred
- Have knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance
- Must be a fast learner
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Have excellent customer service skills
- Are a team player
- Are computer literate
- Should be able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
- Have a valid drivers license
- Have a High School Diploma

Full time position only. Monday-Friday 7:30-5:00 and some Saturdays.
