Come Drive Innovation with Us. We are currently looking for a Analyst 2 Sales Operations to join our team in Franklin TN.
Responsible for managing Nissan Vehicle Purchase Program (VPP) with 40k retail sales per year. Acts as subject matter expert for VPP guidelines and policies. Manages program vendor analyzes and presents program data tracks program performance and analyzes program KPIs. Provides guidance to regional staff and program vendor to support program goals.
A Day in the Life:
Supports all Vehicle Purchase Program (VPP) communications to the Field and Dealers
Monitors program performance vs targets. Builds and maintains program performance tracking tools to support business needs.
Conducts data analysis and benchmarking creates financial impact scenarios and makes data-supported recommendations to management on program improvements.
Organizes consolidates and reports month-end sales data
Provides direction and guidance to vendor regarding program materials design website management and any necessary changes/improvements to support business needs.
Ensures vendor deliverables are in line with SOW tracks vendor performance
As necessary performs other related duties of which the above are representative.
Who Were Looking for:
Required:
Strong analytical quantitative and problem-solving skills
Ability to effectively prioritize workload manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Experience creating generating and maintaining reports using multiple data sources including web-based applications and databases
Ability to synthesize data interpret results and present insights
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and maintain a strong results-oriented mindset
A minimum of three to five years of professional level experience in a related field required. Previous experience in automotive industry with focus on program management and data analysis is strongly preferred.
A Bachelors degree from a four-year college or university
Intermediate Advanced Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to create and generate reports utilizing various resources including web-based applications and databases
Familiarity with Nissan mainframe vPipe and VINPipe
Preferred:
Experience managing programs and/or external vendors
Strong data analysis skills including the ability to extract clean transform and analyze data from multiple sources
Comfortable presenting across varied management levels
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally
Proficiency in reporting and analytics tools such as Excel and/or Power BI
Snowflake and/or SQL experience is a plus
Experience in Distribution Field/Regions CMM Marketing Operations is a plus
Nissan mainframe application vPipe and VINPipe experience
Travel Required
Less than 10% day and overnight domestic travel.
