Technical Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Technical Operations Program Manager to lead and optimize operational programs across our technology landscape. This role bridges technical execution and operational excellence ensuring that systems processes and cross-functional initiatives run efficiently and scale effectively.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of technical knowledge operational strategy and program management expertise with a proven ability to drive continuous improvement in a remote fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage technical operations programs from planning through execution and delivery
• Oversee operational workflows system performance and process optimization initiatives
• Collaborate with engineering IT DevOps and business teams to ensure seamless operations
• Define program objectives KPIs and success metrics aligned with business goals
• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions
• Manage risks dependencies and resource allocation across multiple initiatives
• Drive incident management root cause analysis and continuous improvement efforts
• Establish and maintain operational standards documentation and best practices
• Monitor system health uptime and performance metrics
• Provide regular reporting and insights to senior leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Information Technology or a related field
• 5 years of experience in technical program management IT operations or related roles
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure systems operations and cloud environments (AWS Azure or GCP)
• Proven experience managing cross-functional technical and operational programs
• Familiarity with Agile Scrum or ITIL frameworks
• Excellent analytical organizational and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
