We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Technical Operations Program Manager to lead and optimize operational programs across our technology landscape. This role bridges technical execution and operational excellence ensuring that systems processes and cross-functional initiatives run efficiently and scale effectively.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of technical knowledge operational strategy and program management expertise with a proven ability to drive continuous improvement in a remote fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage technical operations programs from planning through execution and delivery
Oversee operational workflows system performance and process optimization initiatives
Collaborate with engineering IT DevOps and business teams to ensure seamless operations
Define program objectives KPIs and success metrics aligned with business goals
Identify operational inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions
Manage risks dependencies and resource allocation across multiple initiatives
Drive incident management root cause analysis and continuous improvement efforts
Establish and maintain operational standards documentation and best practices
Monitor system health uptime and performance metrics
Provide regular reporting and insights to senior leadership
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Information Technology or a related field
5 years of experience in technical program management IT operations or related roles
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure systems operations and cloud environments (AWS Azure or GCP)
Proven experience managing cross-functional technical and operational programs
Familiarity with Agile Scrum or ITIL frameworks
Excellent analytical organizational and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
Mandatory Requirement
