Job Opportunity: Physician - Radiation Oncology

Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee patient treatments and new consultations.
- Conduct follow-up appointments and status checks.
- Participate in tumor conferences for collaborative care.
- Perform required procedures including SBRT IMRT 3D and SRS.
- Utilize Epic for electronic medical records management.
Qualifications:
- Active Board Certification Board Certified or Board Eligible.
- Completion of residency/fellowship in Radiation Oncology.
- Clean professional background and malpractice history.
License and Certification Requirements:
- State License (preferred; willing to consider providers who can obtain it by the start date).
- ACLS certification (nice to have).
- BLS certification (required by the start date).
- DEA certification (required by the start date).
- PALS certification (nice to have).
- NRP certification (nice to have).
- The Self-Query NPDB report dated within 30 days of presentation date (required).
