Responsibilities:
- Handled front desk operations including greeting visitors answering calls and directing inquiries to appropriate departments.
- Coordinated business travel arrangements including : Business Visa Work Permit TRC booking flights accommodations and ground transport for employees.
- Supported internal events and meetings including logistics catering and setup.
- Planned and managed internal events and meetings in the office such as: YEP annual health check company lunch moon festival Christmas...
- Liaised with building management to address maintenance issues and service registrations. Issued and tracked staff parking and access cards in coordination with HR/admin policies.
- Processed monthly office expenses and ensured timely payment of utilities and service providers.
- Maintained office supply inventory and reordered stationery pantry items and equipment as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
