Our client is seeking an experienced Enterprise Systems Specialist to bridge strategy and hands-on delivery within their Business Platforms environment. The role focuses on ERP integrations data platforms and AI playing a key part in modernising finance and operations across 11 SSA markets. You will lead ERP initiatives support system integrations and drive data automation and AI capabilities within a dynamic evolving technology landscape.

Experience:
ERP & Finance Systems
- Support full lifecycle ERP implementations from requirements analysis through to post-go-live support
- Configure and optimise finance modules (GL AP AR Fixed Assets Project Accounting)
- Map and streamline information flows between ERP and business systems
- Identify inefficiencies and re-engineer processes to reduce manual effort
- Assist with ERP migration initiatives (e.g. NAV 2016 to modern platforms)
- Design and maintain API-driven integrations across enterprise platforms including ERP Workday Sage Payroll Salesforce/HubSpot ServiceNow and media systems
- Perform data mapping validation and reconciliation
- Troubleshoot and resolve data flow and integration challenges
- Build and support Microsoft Fabric pipelines and structured reporting frameworks
- Work with Azure data services (Data Factory Databricks Synapse)
- Enable robust Power BI reporting across Finance HR and Operations
- Ensure adherence to data governance and compliance standards
- Contribute to AI initiatives leveraging Azure OpenAI and Copilot
- Implement workflow automation using Power Automate and Logic Apps
- Enhance data readiness for advanced analytics and AI use cases
- Bachelors degree in IT Information Systems Finance or related field ( Finance advantageous)
- Minimum 5 years experience in ERP environments
- Proven experience delivering at least one full ERP implementation
- Strong understanding of finance-focused ERP modules
- Advanced SQL and Excel skills
- Experience with API integrations data mapping and reconciliation
- Strong analytical problem-solving and systems thinking capabilities
- Effective communicator with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders
- A hands-on professional comfortable working across systems data and strategy
- Someone who brings structure clarity and technical depth to complex environments
- A proactive problem solver who can drive efficiency governance and innovation
- A collaborative team player who can operate across regions and functions
