- A masters or doctoral degree related to any one of the academic areas within this division or related field.
- An outstanding record in higher education.
- Community college teaching experience in any one of the academic areas within this division.
- Service as a Chair Assistant Dean Associate Dean or Dean of an academic department or division within a community college or a baccalaureate institution in one of the academic areas within this division.
- Experience in working with a culturally diverse student population and an abiding personal commitment to the success of all students.
- Extensive experience and facility in the teaching and supervision of online courses.
- A commitment to and ability to travel between two campuses (Lawrence and Haverhill MA).
- An innovative spirit with rich experience in at least some of the following educational priorities at NECC: early college program open educational resources competency- based education academic internships apprenticeships CTE programming and equity-based education.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)

Additional Information:
SALARY: Anticipated starting salary range is $130000.00 - $145000.00 annually with complete fringe benefit package including competitive health insurance dental insurance basic life insurance long-term disability insurance paid sick vacation and personal leave educational benefits for employee/spouse/dependents and excellent retirement benefits. Official transcripts will be required at the time of hire.
