The role
As a Multi Skilled Trades Person you will be working in occupied properties to undertake multi trade retrofit installation works in line with drawings specifications RAMS and programme requirements.
Your role will include but isnt limited to insulation measures (EWIIWIloft) basic joinery patch plastering finishing works and fire stopping. As part of your responsibilities you will be required to ensure all works comply with relevant standards health & safety procedures are following and documentation is completed accurately.
The right fit
- You have proven experience in a multi skilled construction or retrofit environment.
- A full UK driving license is essential.
- A CSCS card is essential.
- Youre competent across multiple trades (e.g. insulation joinery patching/making good tiling plumbing etc).
- NVQ Level 3 qualification in at least one trade is preferred.
- Strong understanding of site Health & Safety requirements.
- Experience working in occupied social housing properties would be beneficial.
- Able to follow specifications drawings and standard details.
- Excellent communication skills and professional customer focused approach.
- Youre able to work as part of a team and independently.
