Job Summary
The role requires strong attention to detail excellent coordination skills and a solid understanding of influencer platforms and creator ecosystems. This individual will play a key role in ensuring campaigns are delivered on time on brief and with high quality.

Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Execution & Coordination
Support end-to-end execution of influencer and celebrity campaigns across platforms.
Coordinate with internal teams (strategy creative media) to align on campaign requirements and timelines.
Track campaign deliverables timelines and milestones to ensure smooth execution.
Creator Outreach & Management
Identify and shortlist relevant influencers based on campaign briefs.
Reach out to creators/talent managers for availability costing and interest.
Coordinate onboarding briefing content approvals and publishing timelines.
Content & Deliverables Management
Ensure all content meets brand guidelines platform requirements and campaign objectives.
Manage content review cyclescollect drafts share feedback and ensure timely approvals.
Track live posts and ensure deliverables are executed as planned.
Coordination with Talent & Agencies
Liaise with talent agencies managers and celebrity representatives for campaign execution.
Support negotiations and documentation (contracts deliverables timelines).
Campaign Tracking & Reporting
Maintain trackers for campaigns creators budgets and timelines.
Monitor live campaign performance and flag any issues or delays.
Support reporting by collecting data screenshots and performance metrics.
Operational & Process Support
Assist in maintaining influencer databases (contacts categories rates past collaborations).
Ensure all campaign documentation contracts and financial processes are followed.
Support the team in improving workflows and execution efficiency.
Client & Internal Communication
Provide regular updates to internal teams on campaign status
Support client servicing teams with execution updates and reports.
Ensure clear and timely communication across stakeholders
Key Qualifications:
4-5 years of experience in influencer marketing talent management digital marketing or agency roles.
Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram YouTube etc.) and influencer ecosystems.
Good communication and coordination skills.
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with campaign trackers Excel/Google Sheets and reporting tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.
Basic understanding of influencer costing negotiations and content formats is a plus.
