- Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
- Saturday & Sunday (Optional): 10am-3pm

This role is essential to maintaining the smooth operation of our kitchen by ensuring food preparation cleanliness and dishwashing duties are handled efficiently. This role is essential to maintaining the smooth operation of our kitchen by ensuring food preparation cleanliness and dishwashing duties are handled efficiently. Responsibilities:
- Assist with food preparation including chopping portioning and basic cooking tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace including counters cutting boards and utensils.
- Wash dry and organize dishes pots pans and other kitchen equipment.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations by sanitizing surfaces and properly storing food items.
- Handle trash and recycling ensuring proper disposal and cleanliness in kitchen areas.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and readiness for service.
- Perform additional cleaning tasks as needed including floors walls and equipment.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a kitchen or food service is required!
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to take direction and work collaboratively.
- Availability to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed.
